About The Position

Champion Window is hiring a Field Marketer to represent Champion product lines as a brand ambassador and engage potential clients at assigned events, including home shows, conventions, festivals, fairs, and other locations. The role includes scheduling in-home estimate appointments for the sales team and may involve demonstrating Champion Windows and Home Exterior products. The position offers hourly base pay of $16.00 to $19.00 plus commission. High-performing individuals may earn weekly commissions ranging from $750 to $1,500 and above; compensation depends on factors including experience, market location, education, and certifications. The role may involve travel of 10%.

Requirements

High school diploma or GED equivalent.
Self-motivated with a competitive spirit.
Aggressive and consistent prospect engagement.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Clean driving record and reliable transportation.
Must be able to work weekends.
Ability to work well both in a team environment and independently.
Ability to stand for up to 8–10 hours.
Ability to walk for 4–8 hours.
Willingness to travel 10%.
