About The Position

Champion Window is hiring a Field Marketer to showcase Champion product lines and serve as a brand ambassador to potential clients. The role involves engaging prospects at events and, when assigned, canvassing locations; demonstrating Champion Windows and Home Exterior products; and scheduling in-home estimate appointments for the sales team. The position is suited to a positive, energetic person comfortable dealing directly with clients. Compensation includes an hourly base pay of $16.00 to $19.00 plus commission. Requirements

High school diploma or GED equivalent.
Self-motivated with a competitive spirit.

Must be able to work weekends.
Ability to work well both independently and in a team environment.
Ability to stand for 8–10 hours.
