Event Marketer
About The Position
Champion Window is hiring a Field Marketer to represent Champion product lines and serve as a brand ambassador to potential clients. The role involves engaging with prospects at events and other assigned locations, demonstrating Champion Windows and Home Exterior products, and scheduling in-home estimate appointments for the sales team. The position requires a positive, energetic approach and comfort interacting directly with clients. The role pays an hourly base of $16.00 to $19.00 plus commission. High-performing individuals may earn weekly commissions of $750 to $1,500 or more; compensation depends on factors including experience, market location, education, and certifications. The Field Marketer may work at home shows, conventions, festivals, fairs, and other event locations. Responsibilities also include setting up and breaking down booths, maintaining product knowledge and professional standards, contributing to internal social media and company culture efforts, and entering data using mobile technology. The role requires weekend availability, travel of 10%, and the ability to stand for 8 to 10 hours and walk for 4 to 8 hours.
Requirements
- High school diploma or GED equivalent.
- Self-motivated with a competitive spirit.
- Aggressive and consistent prospect engagement.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Clean driving record and reliable transportation.
- Must be able to work weekends.
- Ability to work well independently and as part of a team.
- Ability to stand for up to 8 to 10 hours.
- Ability to walk for 4 to 8 hours.
- Willingness to travel 10%.
