About The Position

Champion Window is hiring a Field Marketer to represent Champion product lines as a brand ambassador and engage potential clients at events. The role involves canvassing, working at home shows, festivals, conventions, fairs, and other assigned event locations, demonstrating Champion Windows and Home Exterior products, and scheduling in-home estimate appointments for the sales team. The position requires a positive, energetic approach and direct interaction with clients. Compensation includes an hourly base of $16–$19 plus commission. High-performing individuals may earn weekly commissions ranging from $750 to $1,500 and above; pay depends on factors including experience, market location, education, and certifications. Requirements

High school diploma or GED equivalent.
Self-motivated with a competitive spirit.
Aggressive and consistent prospect engagement.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Clean driving record and reliable transportation.
Must be able to work weekends.
Ability to work well independently and as part of a team.
Ability to stand for up to 8–10 hours.
Ability to walk for 4–8 hours.
Willingness to travel 10%.
