About The Position

Lead, train, and direct the janitorial staff on site to ensure employees are kept safe and customer quality expectations are met or exceeded. The role also participates in daily cleaning tasks. The schedule is Wednesday through Sunday, 6:00 PM to 2:30 PM.

Requirements

• Experience leading a janitorial team and cleaning commercial buildings.
• Must undergo a background check and basic drug screening.
• Ability to work with other crew members.
• Ability to listen to customer requests and follow supervisor instructions.
• Reliable transportation.
• Steel-toed shoes required when applicable.
• Ability to work in hot conditions.

Responsibilities

• Lead and train janitorial staff in the building.
• Clean restrooms, breakrooms, and common areas; dust and remove trash.
• Sweep, mop, and vacuum.
• Help ensure employees are safe and customer quality expectations are met or exceeded.
