About The Position
The Event Joy Creator, referred to as a Joy Creator, provides guest service in a Nothing Bundt Cakes bakery. The role helps guests choose and order cakes for celebrations and ensures orders are fulfilled smoothly. Joy Creators welcome guests and help create a joyful, generous environment in the community. The position includes training in cake crafting and career growth. The bakery offers flexible work schedules and closes early so team members can enjoy their evenings. Casual attire, including T-shirts and sneakers, is welcome. The job is open to students and applicants under 18.
