About The Position

Halter is seeking an Event Coordinator to support its rapid scaling across the United States. This role is crucial for field marketing, bridging the gap between ranchers and Halter's innovative product. The Event Coordinator will plan and execute regional and national events, including ranch field days, customer celebrations, and trade shows. This position offers the opportunity to be in the field, capture content, share stories, and showcase the impact of Halter.

Responsibilities

  • Plan and coordinate events from start to finish, including trade shows, field days, industry conferences, and community celebrations.
  • Lead planning and execution for large marketing-led events like trade shows and brand activations, and collaborate with sales teams to build regional events.
  • Manage all event details such as venue booking, merchandise, travel, signage, and onsite experience.
  • Serve as the primary marketing contact for territory managers and wider teams, assisting in event strategy and execution.
  • Manage attendee coordination, design event kits, organize collateral and signage, and maintain website event landing pages with lead capture forms.
  • Collaborate with sales, product, and leadership teams to ensure events drive impact.
  • Oversee onsite logistics, including setup, registration management, and timely delivery of decor and merchandise.
  • Send reminder emails, follow-ups, and post-event surveys.
  • Work with design and content teams to refine email invites, forms, and landing pages.
  • Compile event insights and performance data to improve processes and outcomes.
  • Analyze event data, such as sign-up rates and attendance, to identify areas for improvement.
  • Gather insights from ranchers during and after events to inform future planning and share best practices.
  • Capture content from ranch and event experiences, including photos, quotes, and interviews.
  • Support the team with compelling stories.
  • Arrange merchandise orders, gifting, and other appreciation initiatives for customers and potential customers.
