Requirements

  • Proven experience as an Event Coordinator or similar role with a track record of successful event execution.
  • Exceptional organizational and multitasking skills with strong attention to detail.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to effectively liaise with clients and vendors.
  • Ability to manage budgets and financial tracking related to event planning.

Responsibilities

  • Plan and coordinate all aspects of corporate and private events from start to finish.
  • Develop detailed event proposals and timelines to ensure smooth project management.

  • Manage event budgets, track expenses, and ensure financial objectives are met.
  • Oversee event setup, execution, and breakdown ensuring all logistical elements function seamlessly.
