Responsibilities
- Coordinate and manage all logistical aspects of events from planning through execution and follow-up
- Develop detailed event timelines and checklists to ensure smooth operation
- Liaise with clients to understand their event requirements and objectives
- Source, negotiate with, and coordinate vendors, venues, and suppliers
- Oversee event setup, breakdown, and on-site coordination to ensure flawless execution
- Manage event budgets and monitor expenses to stay within financial constraints
