About The Position

Bethesda Country Club is seeking an energetic, organized, and creative part-time Event Coordinator to help create unforgettable events for its members. This role involves planning, organizing, and executing a variety of events, from golf tournaments and tennis socials to elegant dinners and Club celebrations, ensuring they run seamlessly. The ideal candidate is passionate about hospitality, enjoys working with people, and is dedicated to creating memorable experiences.

Requirements

  • 1+ years of hospitality, catering, restaurant, hotel, or country club experience
  • Strong multitasking and organizational skills
  • A positive attitude and exceptional customer service skills
  • Comfortable using Microsoft Office programs including Word, Excel, and Publisher
  • Weekend and holiday availability
  • Someone who enjoys teamwork, creativity, and making events memorable

Responsibilities

  • Help coordinate and execute exciting private and Club events
  • Work closely with catering, banquet teams, vendors, and Club departments
  • Help plan member favorites like golf and tennis events, swim activities, and seasonal celebrations
  • Keep event details organized and running smoothly through accurate BEOs and event documentation
  • Update event calendars, flyers, reservations, and member communications
