About The Position

Riverwoods Conference Center in Logan, UT is looking to hire a full-time Event Coordinator to join our awesome hospitality team. This entry-level position earns a competitive wage of $16/hour, plus commissions. Requirements

Outgoing individual who enjoys connecting with people and interacting with the public on a regular basis.
21 years or older
A food handlers and alcohol permit
Basic computer skills
Comfortable working with audio/visual equipment
Problem solving skills
Clear communicator
Able to think quickly on your feet
Organized and able to effectively prioritize multiple tasks
Able to work independently as well as with a team

Responsibilities

Establish contact with clients using excellent customer service skills.
Identify client needs and work with them to settle on a plan.
Ensure needed materials are scheduled and delivered on time.
Coordinate with different teams to ensure everything is being handled.
Ensure seamless event flow on the day of the event through organizational abilities and foresight.
