Phantom Canyon Brewing Co. is Colorado Springs’ first brewpub, proudly serving the community since 1993. Located in a historic building dating back to 1901, our three-story venue features eight unique event spaces and offers everything from intimate gatherings to full-building buyouts. We are known for delivering exceptional hospitality, craft beer, and memorable experiences and our events are no exception. Our events team provides seamless, full-service coordination from initial inquiry through execution. We are seeking an experienced Event Coordinator to lead outstanding events throughout our dynamic, multi-level venue. Reporting to the Event Manager, with collaboration alongside the General Manager, this role is responsible for every aspect of an event from guiding guests through key decisions to evaluating success after completion. The ideal candidate is highly organized, detail-oriented, and confident in vendor and guest relations. Strong communication skills, sound judgment, and the ability to thrive in a fast paced hospitality environment will set top candidates apart.
