You’ll be the face of our brand at events, festivals, and local partnerships — connecting with people, selling irresistible treats, and spreading the love for what we bake. Requirements

Great attitude and willingness to make genuine connections.
Natural communicator who can charm a crowd and build relationships.
Ability to organize multiple details simultaneously.

Ability to juggle multiple projects without stress.
Comfortable with social media and email marketing.
Genuine passion for local businesses and creating memorable customer experiences.
Comfortable working outdoors.
Available for flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.
Able to stand for extended periods.
Able to lift up to 30-40 lbs.
Able to travel locally for events and outreach.

Experience in event planning, marketing, hospitality, retail, food service, or customer service.

Responsibilities

Plan, coordinate, and execute off-site events, festivals, tastings, and community activations.
Set up eye-catching brand displays with tents, tables, signage, and other materials.
Build genuine relationships with local businesses, schools, and community organizations.
Promote the bakery through social media, community outreach, and in-store marketing.
Sell products with enthusiasm and handle transactions smoothly.
Handle catering inquiries and manage special events from start to finish.
Load, unload, and restock event supplies.
Maintain food safety, cleanliness, and presentation standards.
Represent the brand with professionalism, enthusiasm, and warmth.
