About The Position

We are seeking a reliable and professional Banquet Server to provide exceptional service to clients during events and meetings. The role is responsible for setting up and breaking down banquet tables and serving food and drinks to guests in a timely and courteous manner. The successful candidate will have strong customer service skills and be able to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.

Requirements

• Strong customer service skills.
• Ability to multitask and handle a high-volume workload.
• Ability to lift and carry objects weighing up to 50 pounds.
• Ability to stand for long periods of time.
• Fluency in English is required.

Nice To Haves

• Previous experience as a banquet server or in a similar role is preferred.
• Additional language skills are a plus.

Responsibilities

• Set up and break down banquet tables, including laying linens, setting up tableware, and arranging centerpieces.
• Serve food and drinks to guests in a timely and courteous manner, including refilling drinks as needed.
• Assist with organizing and setting up events and meetings.
• Maintain a clean and organized work environment, including adhering to cleaning schedules and safety protocols.
• Handle customer complaints and concerns with grace and professionalism.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
