About The Position

The Event Associate, internally titled Program Associate, assists the South Central team in planning and executing consumer experiences across multiple programs. The role works with internal and external partners and clients to oversee the development and execution of events for automotive clients, combining experiential and event marketing with meeting planning. The position calls for someone who is organized, confident, collaborative, and able to manage multiple assignments. It is hybrid in Coppell, Texas, and involves travel, with travel of up to 30%.

Requirements

• At least 2 years of events experience.
• Strong project management, organizational, and communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple assignments at one time.
• Confidence and comfort working with clients.
• Strong collaboration and willingness to support others.
• Highly organized with attention to detail.
• Willingness to travel up to 30%.
• Willingness to work weekends or holidays if necessary.
• Comfort working both in an office and at home.

Nice To Haves

• Experience in experiential marketing, including planning and onsite execution.
• Experience negotiating and giving presentations.

Responsibilities

• Cultivate strong, productive relationships with clients, agency partners, and third-party resources.
• Develop creative approaches to engage consumers.
• Create and deliver presentations.
• Negotiate to help ensure the client receives value for their budget.
• Track client budgets and clearly communicate budget, scope, schedule, project status, and action items to clients.
• Support the South Central team in planning and executing consumer experiences and events for automotive clients.
• Contribute to a positive, productive team and cultural environment.
