Responsibilities

• Assist with the planning and execution of corporate events, promotional events, trade shows, and brand activations.
• Communicate with clients to understand event objectives, timelines, and expectations.
• Provide regular updates on event progress while ensuring exceptional customer service.
• Manage event logistics, including venue setup, breakdown, equipment, staffing, and vendor management.
• Ensure all event materials, supplies, and promotional assets are prepared and delivered on schedule.
• Support on-site event operations, including guest registration, attendee engagement, and event activities.
• Collaborate with internal teams, vendors, and event partners to ensure seamless event execution.
• Troubleshoot challenges quickly and professionally during live events.
• Collect client and attendee feedback to improve future events and campaigns.
• Prepare post-event reports, including event performance metrics and recommendations.
