Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Event Management, Hospitality, Marketing, or related field preferred.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize effectively.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and event management software is a plus.
- Ability to work flexible hours including evenings and weekends as needed.
Responsibilities
- Assist in planning and organizing various types of events from inception to completion.
- Coordinate with vendors, venues, and suppliers to ensure event requirements are met.
- Support the event team in managing event logistics including setup and breakdown.
- Help prepare event materials, signage, and promotional items.
- Communicate effectively with clients to understand their event goals and objectives.
