Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities
- Customer-focused and team-oriented attitude
- Ability to stand for extended periods and perform light physical tasks
- Flexible availability for occasional evenings and weekends
- Basic computer proficiency
Nice To Haves
- Previous event, hospitality, retail, or customer service experience is helpful but not required
Responsibilities
- Assist with the preparation, setup, and breakdown of promotional events
- Support the coordination of event logistics and schedules
- Welcome attendees and provide event information
- Assist with registration and guest support activities
- Monitor event activities and communicate updates to supervisors
- Organize event supplies and maintain event areas
- Work closely with team members to ensure successful event execution
- Assist with post-event inventory and reporting
- Perform additional event-related duties as assigned
