Responsibilities

Assist with event preparation, setup, and breakdown.

Welcome attendees and provide general event information.

Coordinate with team members to complete assigned tasks efficiently.
Maintain organized and professional event spaces.
Respond to routine attendee questions and communicate additional needs to appropriate team members.
Assist with gathering feedback to improve future events.
