Event and Field Marketing Manager

StayntouchWashington, DC
$90,000 - $115,000Remote

About The Position

We are looking for an experienced Event and Field Marketing Manager to lead a diverse portfolio of events that build awareness, strengthen industry relationships, and generate measurable business results. The Event and Field Marketing Manager will own the strategy and execution of Stayntouch’s event program, which includes several major industry trade shows and conferences each year, along with approximately 40 regional events, field marketing programs, sponsorships, consultant events, partner events, and smaller conferences. This is not a logistics-only role. You will be responsible for ensuring that every event has a clear audience, purpose, activation plan, and path to measurable results.

  • Strong project management skills and the ability to manage several complex programs at the same time.
  • A hands-on approach and willingness to manage both strategy and detailed execution.
  • Experience managing budgets, negotiating contracts, and working with agencies and vendors.
  • Strong communication and cross-functional collaboration skills.
  • Experience working with CRM, marketing automation, project management, and event technology platforms.
  • Strong analytical skills and experience reporting on event performance and ROI.
  • The ability to travel occassionally and support events that may take place outside standard business hours.
