About The Position

The Event Ambassador helps execute and enhance the fan experience by welcoming and engaging guests arriving at Gillette Stadium for events, including Patriots games, Patriots Training Camp, and special events such as the Patriots Hall of Fame presented by RTX and Premier Lacrosse League events. The role introduces the employee to event operations and fan engagement. It is an entry-level, part-time position with no experience required and no supervisory responsibilities. The position is based at Kraft Sports and Entertainment in Foxborough, Massachusetts.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• No prior experience is required.
• Commit to all home Patriots games, a minimum of 5 Patriots Events/Special Events, and 5 total Training Camp days, which may include weekdays and weekends.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Results-oriented, with the ability to multitask.
• Ability to work comfortably both independently and in a team environment.
• Availability to work extended hours, weekends, and holidays according to the Gillette Stadium event schedule.
• Ability to work outdoors throughout the year and in all types of weather, including extreme heat and cold.
• Ability to interface with all levels of the organization and represent the Events team professionally.
• Regularly sit and use hands to handle or feel; frequently talk or hear; occasionally reach with hands and arms.
• Regularly lift and/or move up to 10 pounds and occasionally lift and/or move up to 25 pounds.
• Required vision abilities include close, distance, color, and peripheral vision, depth perception, and ability to adjust focus.

Responsibilities

• Proactively welcome and greet guests attending games and events at Gillette Stadium in a friendly manner.
• Provide customer service by educating guests about facilities and event operations.
• Give guests care and attention to support a first-rate guest experience.
• Assist with event promotions, including distributing premium items.
• Support event staff at team events with setup and teardown, staffing registration tables and interactive stations, and interacting with guests.
• Complete special projects and assignments as business dictates.
