About The Position

NEXT Door & Window is hiring outgoing, energetic Brand Ambassadors to represent the company inside Costco warehouses and at other local events. The role focuses on starting conversations with Costco members, creating interest in the company’s products, and scheduling free in-home consultations. It is not traditional sales: the position does not involve cold calling, door-to-door solicitation, or closing homeowners in the store. No home-improvement experience is required, and paid training is provided. Compensation includes $19 per hour and $35 for each qualified appointment that results in a demonstration by a NEXT Door & Window Outside Sales Representative. The posting also describes unlimited bonus potential, additional revenue-sharing opportunities, and quarterly profit sharing for full-time employees. Top performers may earn $30–$40 or more per hour. Requirements

Reliable transportation and a valid driver's license.
Willingness to travel up to 20 miles to Costco warehouses.
Ability to stand for long periods.
Flexible schedule, including weekends.
Must pass a background check.

Experience in retail, restaurants and hospitality, customer service, marketing, events, fundraising, fitness, or sales.
Enjoyment of talking to people and meeting new faces.
