About The Position

Infinity Replacement by Marvin is hiring a Brand Ambassador to represent its window and door products at Costco and other retail events. The role focuses on friendly conversations with shoppers, generating interest in the products, and scheduling qualified in-home consultations. Brand Ambassadors also educate homeowners about products and services and set up and maintain branded displays. The position does not involve hard selling or cold calling.

The job offers a $22-per-hour base wage plus performance bonuses for qualified appointments. Compensation is also described as $25–$35+ per hour, combining base pay and bonuses, with top performers potentially earning more. Paid training and ongoing coaching are provided, and there may be opportunities to grow into sales and leadership roles. Flexible scheduling is available, including days, evenings, and weekends.

Requirements

• Be at least 18 years old.
• Have reliable transportation.
• Have a smartphone.
• Be able to stand and move throughout the shift.
• Be able to lift up to 40 pounds for display setup.
• Enjoy talking to people and meeting new people.
• Be confident starting conversations with strangers.
• Have a positive attitude and strong work ethic.
• Enjoy a performance-based environment and be comfortable hearing “no” and moving to the next opportunity.

Nice To Haves

• Experience in retail, hospitality, customer service, marketing, fundraising, event staffing, or sales is beneficial, but not required.
