About The Position

Infinity Replacement by Marvin is hiring a Brand Ambassador to represent its window and door products at Costco and other retail events. The role focuses on engaging shoppers in friendly conversations, generating interest in products, educating homeowners, and scheduling qualified in-home consultations. There is no hard selling or cold calling.

The position offers a $20-per-hour base rate plus unlimited weekly bonuses for qualified appointments. Requirements

• At least 18 years old.
• Reliable transportation.
• A smartphone.
• Ability to stand and move throughout the shift.
• Ability to lift up to 40 pounds for display setup.
• Comfort and confidence starting conversations with strangers.
• Positive attitude and strong work ethic.
• Comfort working in a performance-based environment and hearing “no.”
