About The Position

NEXT Door & Window is hiring outgoing, energetic Brand Ambassadors to represent the company inside Costco warehouses and at other local events. The role is focused on starting conversations with Costco members, generating interest in the company’s products, and scheduling free in-home consultations. It is not traditional sales: the position does not involve cold calling, door-to-door solicitation, or closing homeowners in the store. No home-improvement experience is required; training is provided. Compensation is $19 per hour, plus $35 for each qualified appointment that results in a product demonstration by a NEXT Door & Window Outside Sales Representative. The posting describes unlimited bonus potential, additional revenue-sharing opportunities, potential earnings of $30–$40 or more per hour, and potential weekly earnings of $550 or more on top of hourly pay. Revenue-sharing payouts are described as $50–$600 per pay period based on sales originating from the employee’s leads. Full-time employees are eligible for quarterly profit sharing. The role offers paid training and an opportunity to grow into sales and leadership.

Requirements

Reliable transportation and a valid driver’s license.
Willingness to travel up to 20 miles to Costco warehouses.
Ability to stand for long periods.
Flexible schedule, including weekends.
Must pass a background check.
