About The Position

The Event Ambassador is responsible for executing and enhancing the fan experience by welcoming and interacting with guests arriving at Gillette Stadium for events, including Patriots games, Patriots Training Camp, and special events. The role provides an introduction to event operations and fan engagement. The position has no supervisory responsibilities.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Results-oriented with the ability to multitask.
• Ability to work comfortably both independently and in a team environment.
• Must be available part-time for all home Patriots games, at least five Patriots or special events, and five total Training Camp days, which may fall on weekdays or weekends.
• Must work extended hours, weekends, and holidays according to the Gillette Stadium event schedule.
• Must be able to work outdoors throughout the year and in all types of weather, including extreme heat and cold.
• Must be able to interface with all levels of the organization and represent the Events team professionally.
• Must regularly lift and/or move up to 10 pounds and occasionally lift and/or move up to 25 pounds.
• Required vision abilities include close, distance, color, and peripheral vision, depth perception, and ability to adjust focus.

Responsibilities

• Proactively welcome and greet guests attending games and events at Gillette Stadium.
• Educate guests about stadium facilities and event operations while providing attentive customer service.
• Assist with event promotions, including distributing premium items.
• Support team events through setup and teardown, staffing registration tables and interactive stations, and interacting with guests.
• Complete special projects and assignments as business dictates.
