About The Position

Shabby Fabrics is hiring a dependable, hardworking Evening Warehouse Associate for its on-site warehouse in Post Falls, Idaho. The position helps ensure products reach customers by preparing fabrics and quilting products, fulfilling orders, and supporting warehouse operations. It is a hands-on, fast-paced role where accuracy, efficiency, and teamwork are essential. Employees may be assigned different warehouse responsibilities according to daily operational needs.

The schedule is Monday through Friday, 2:00 PM to 10:00 PM, with weekends off. Eligible new employees hired into evening-shift warehouse positions during the promotional hiring period can receive a $250 sign-on bonus through payroll after 90 days of continuous employment, if they remain actively employed and meet the program's written eligibility requirements. Applicable taxes and withholdings apply.

Requirements

Responsibilities

• Measure, cut, and fold fabrics with precision.
• Work independently and with teammates to prepare fabric products.
• Assist in assembling quilting kits and specialty products.
• Pull, pack, and accurately fulfill customer orders.
• Support shipping, receiving, and other warehouse operations.
• Maintain high standards for quality, accuracy, and productivity.
• Adapt to different warehouse responsibilities based on daily operational needs.
