About The Position

The Evening Supervisor oversees daily operations in a production and distribution environment, supports team members, and ensures efficient workflow processes. This full-time role is based on the evening shift and involves supervising direct reports, coordinating production and distribution activities, and helping meet customer requirements and delivery schedules. The supervisor also supports safety, continuous improvement, and operational excellence initiatives.

Requirements

Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
Strong time management skills and attention to detail.
Self-motivated, with the ability to work independently and take initiative.
Basic computer and PC skills.
Ability to understand and communicate in Basic English.
Strong work ethic and commitment to quality.
Valid driver's license.
Must be a U.S. citizen or have permanent resident status if the position requires compliance with ITAR export regulations.
Pre-employment physical and drug test required; background check conducted for final applicants.

Nice To Haves

Experience in production, distribution, scheduling, or inventory control within a manufacturing environment.
Experience using manufacturing software systems.
Previous supervisory and/or maintenance experience.
Associate degree in a related field (preferred but not required).

Responsibilities

Review order status and forecast plans to meet customer requirements.
Maintain operating system databases to support continuous improvement initiatives.
Review schedules and priorities to ensure on-time deliveries.

Promote a safe, productive, and positive work environment.
Assist with process improvement and operational excellence initiatives.
