Evening Spa Closing Supervisor
About The Position
The Evening Spa Closing Supervisor will oversee spa attendants and guest service staff during evening shifts, ensuring all closing procedures are completed accurately. This role involves assisting departing guests, acting as a liaison between various spa teams and management, and reporting any concerns or important information to the Spa Director or Manager. The ideal candidate is self-directed, mature, and possesses excellent communication skills, with the ability to manage priorities and technology effectively. This position offers flexible scheduling, with the option to work 2-5 nights per week, and can potentially be a full-time role based on the candidate's skills and willingness to take on additional duties.

Responsibilities
- Supervise spa attendants and guest service staff during the evenings
- Assure that all closing checklist items are executed and correctly completed
- Assist guests as they prepare to depart
- Act as a liaison between Service Providers, Guest Services Team, and Spa Attendants
- Coordinate closing for the evening
- Act as liaison to the Spa Director and Spa Manager
- Reporting concerns or next-day alerts from a closing shift to the Director or Manager
