About The Position

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent; a degree or certification in hospitality management or related field is preferred.
  • Minimum of 2 years experience in a supervisory role within a spa, wellness center, or hospitality environment preferred.
  • Strong knowledge of spa treatments, products, and operational procedures.
  • Proven ability to lead a team effectively.
  • Familiarity with health and safety regulations applicable to spa operations.
  • Leadership and interpersonal skills daily to manage and inspire a diverse team, ensuring that all staff deliver exceptional service.
  • Organizational skills are critical for coordinating schedules, managing inventory, and maintaining operational efficiency.
  • Strong communication skills enable effective interaction with guests, staff, and management, facilitating problem resolution and service improvement.
