About The Position

B and B Maintenance is seeking a dedicated and trustworthy Janitorial Supervisor for the Southeast Columbus, Ohio area. The role involves supervising, hiring, and training employees and traveling between locations within the territory to inspect sites, restock cleaning supplies, cover for absent cleaners, and perform project work. The supervisor is expected to follow health and safety regulations and complete required corporate training. The typical schedule is Monday through Friday, 6–8 hours per night, from 5:30 p.m. to midnight. Pay is $22 per hour.

Requirements

• Be dependable, punctual, and detail-oriented.
• Have a driver's license and reliable transportation.
• Complete a background check, drug test, and E-Verify.

Responsibilities

• Supervise, hire, and train employees.
