About The Position

The Evening Facility Attendant delivers working-level operational, custodial, and customer service support to maintain a clean, safe, and welcoming environment for event organizers, patrons, and visitors at Western Park. Serving as the primary on-site resource during evening hours, this role assists renters with venue access, event adjustments, and policy compliance while operating essential facility systems (HVAC, lighting, sound) and heavy equipment (tractors, skid steers) for setups and grounds prep. Responsibilities include executing custodial care, setting up and taking down event furniture, identifying hazards, and reporting maintenance needs. At the end of the shift, the Attendant completes post-event walkthroughs, verifies the building is vacant, and secures all entryways, climate controls, and access points for the final facility closeout.

Requirements

  • High School Diploma or equivalent required.
  • At least one (1) year of experience in customer service, facility operations, custodial work, or event support.
  • An equivalent combination of relevant education and experience may be substituted.
