About The Position

Home Instead is the world's leading provider of non-medical care and companionship services, helping clients remain independent, happy, and comfortable in their own homes. We treat our clients with the same dignity and respect we would our own family. We believe building meaningful relationships is important. Our Care Assistants are carefully matched with clients based on mutual interests, and all visits are a minimum of one hour, allowing time to provide high-quality, person-centred care. Are you looking for a meaningful role where you can make a real difference in your local community while being part of a supportive and caring team? As a Care Assistant, you'll play a vital role in helping our clients maintain their independence and continue living safely and comfortably in their own homes. Every day is different, but your responsibilities may include: Providing personal care and support with daily hygiene routines. Assisting with mobility to promote safety and confidence. Offering companionship and meaningful conversation to support emotional wellbeing. Supporting with light housekeeping tasks, including laundry and light cleaning, where required. Accompanying clients to appointments, social activities, and shopping trips. Supporting with medication management, including collecting prescriptions and providing reminders. Preparing nutritious meals tailored to individual needs and preferences. Encouraging independence while enriching the lives of our clients through person-centred care. No two visits are the same, but every visit is an opportunity to make a positive impact and build lasting relationships. If you're caring, reliable, and passionate about helping others, we'd love to hear from you. Join our Home Instead family and help make ageing a positive experience for older adults in our community.
