The wage range for this position is $23.00 - $27.00/hour, based on experience. Vista Prairie at North Pointe is seeking an Aspire Care Coordinator to join our compassionate team. As a dedicated Aspire Care Coordinator you will work within the framework of Vista Prairie Communities’ values of Caring, Respect, Collaboration, Innovation, and Stewardship. You will demonstrate commitment to build on and help find purpose for each resident, helping them connect to their purpose and enhance their quality of life. This position involves leading, developing, and training care staff, as well as assisting with care staff schedules and monitoring service delivery to residents under the guidance of the Community Care Manager. Together, we can make a meaningful impact on the lives of our residents.

Requirements

  • At least 6 months healthcare experience required.
  • Training in health-related disciplines and/or relevant experience required.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Technology proficient

Nice To Haves

  • High school diploma or GED preferred.
  • CNA or Resident Assistant experience preferred.
  • Supervisory and scheduling experience preferred.

  • Delivering and managing care through Aspire Lifestyle Model to honor residents and enhance their quality of life.

  • Exceeding expectations to ensure seamless care for residents.
  • Maintain a high standard of care and professionalism while effectively following guidance of CCM and utilizing resources to meet the needs of residents and much more!
  • Leading, developing, and training care staff.
  • Assisting with care staff schedules.
  • Monitoring service delivery to residents under the guidance of the Community Care Manager.
