The Ethics & Compliance Analyst will play a key part in supporting our growing global Ethics & Compliance team and will report directly to the Senior Global Compliance Director. In this role, you’ll help keep our global compliance program running smoothly by making sure we follow the right laws, regulations, and internal policies. You’ll focus on building a strong culture of integrity by owning investigations and case management processes, leading policy drafting and updates, developing and delivering training and compliance communications, analyzing compliance data, and providing insights on emerging risks and trends.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of professional administrative experience, required
  • At least 2 years of experience supporting ethics & compliance programs, including Code of Conduct, ethics hotline (intake, triage, case tracking), and internal investigations, strongly preferred
  • Exposure to compliance, risk, audit, or legal functions, strongly preferred
  • Strong proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint and SharePoint, with the ability to organize and present information clearly and effectively
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
  • Demonstrated high integrity, sound judgment, and the ability to manage confidential information with care
  • Experience leading or coordinating large‑scale projects, with the ability to prioritize, manage multiple initiatives, and deliver results in a timely manner

Nice To Haves

  • Fluency in an additional language (Spanish, Mandarin, Haitian Creole, or Hmong) is a plus but not required

Responsibilities

  • Manage the Company’s Ethics Helpline, including triaging new reports, ensuring investigators document matters appropriately
  • Develop the annual Ethics & Compliance training calendar and assist with scheduling trainings and developing training materials
  • Administer annual Conflict of Interest (COI) disclosure and Code attestation campaigns
  • Support third-party due diligence including screening and documentation
  • Create and maintain dashboards for COI, training, and ethics hotline metrics
  • Own the development and delivery of compliance communications, guides, and intranet content
  • Lead and execute risk assessments and drive continuous improvement initiatives
  • Partner with the Senior Global Compliance Director to lead and manage internal investigations and case management processes
  • Serve as a primary resource for employees (members), responding to inquiries and providing guidance on the Global Code of Ethics & Business Conduct and other internal company policies
