About The Position

The Silver Lake Regional School District and Superintendency Union #31 districts are seeking Site Coordinators to oversee the Extended School Year (ESY) program. The program serves students aged 3-22 and runs from July 7 - August 6, 2026, Monday through Thursday. Specific service times vary by grade level, with staff starting at 8:15 am and the coordinator at 8:00 am. The compensation for this assignment is $46 per hour. Responsibilities

• Identify eligible students for programs
• Collect data regarding IEP services
• Recruit and select staff for ESY programs
• Confirm program needs (space, supplies, staffing, etc.)
• Meet with staff regarding responsibilities
• Manage payroll time-sheets throughout the program
• Meet regularly with the Director of Student Services regarding program planning and execution
• Maintain a high level of confidentiality and professionalism.
