About The Position

Central Business Solutions, Inc. is seeking Estimators & Estimator Project Managers for a full-time position in Magna, UT. This role involves a blend of estimating, project management, operational support, financial oversight, and ensuring compliance with safety and environmental regulations. The ideal candidate will have a BS degree in Construction Management or equivalent experience, with a minimum of 2 years in project management. Proficiency in HCSS software and Microsoft Office Suite is preferred, along with strong relationship-building skills.

Requirements

• BS degree in Construction Management or equivalent work experience.
• Minimum of 2 years of project management experience.
• Ability to provide and maintain proper licensure, medical card, and an acceptable driving record.

Nice To Haves

• Proficiency in HCSS software.
• Strong fluency in Microsoft Office Suite.
• Proven ability to build and maintain professional relationships with agencies and community leaders.

Responsibilities

• Review proposal specifications, drawings, and site conditions to determine the scope of work.
• Calculate labor, equipment, and material requirements to prepare accurate bid/estimate proposals.
• Provide project administrative management for awarded contracts.
• Coordinate with field leadership to establish project objectives, procedures, and performance requirements.
• Monitor production, track project performance, and provide ongoing support for efficient execution (scheduling, procurement, and change order processes).
• Partner with contract administration to review and process financial aspects, including billings, subcontractor/material payments, and collections.
• Ensure full compliance with MSHA, OSHA, EPA, DNR, and all relevant safety and environmental regulations.
