About The Position

The Construction Estimator will be responsible for preparing accurate, detailed cost estimates for commercial projects ranging from $5 million to $100 million. This role requires strong analytical skills, a deep understanding of construction means and methods, and the ability to work closely with project managers, subcontractors, and clients.

Requirements

• Strong analytical skills.
• Deep understanding of construction means and methods.
• Proficiency in quantity takeoffs, cost estimating, and subcontractor bid evaluation.
• Strong organizational and communication skills.
• Ability to interpret construction drawings and specifications accurately.

Nice To Haves

• Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field.
• Equivalent experience.
• Experience in estimating commercial construction projects.
• Experience with Procore, SmartBid, Bluebeam Revu, and Microsoft Office Suite.
