About The Position
General Mechanical Services (GMS), a Crete United Company, is seeking active-duty military service members approved to participate in the Department of War (DoW) SkillBridge Program. This structured apprenticeship is designed to help transitioning service members gain meaningful commercial construction experience while preparing for a successful civilian career in commercial mechanical estimating and construction operations. GMS is part of Crete United, a national family of leading Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing (MEP) companies serving commercial and industrial customers across the United States. We believe military service develops qualities like leadership, accountability, adaptability, teamwork, and mission focus, which are essential in construction. This apprenticeship aims to help transitioning service members translate those strengths into civilian careers with long-term growth opportunities.
Requirements
