The Estimating Administrator is a highly organized, detail-oriented role that supports the preconstruction team. This position focuses on the administrative and coordination aspects of the estimating process, including managing bid outreach, organizing project documentation, and assisting with quantity takeoffs using estimating software. The ideal candidate is a strong communicator with solid Excel skills, capable of interacting professionally with subcontractors and internal teams.
