About The Position

We enable customers to design what they want, when they want it and deliver harness builds at record-breaking speed. The Estimating Administrator will play a key support role in the quoting lifecycle. From receiving RFQs, to tracking status, organizing documentation, reviewing customer POs, and ensuring a smooth handoff to production when orders are awarded. This role requires strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and the ability to work collaboratively across departments in a fast-paced environment.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or GED
  • Strong computer skills (Excel, Word, Outlook)
  • Excellent organizational and communication skills
  • High attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks
  • Willingness to learn technical specifications and manufacturing terminology
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Nice To Haves

  • Previous experience in a manufacturing environment
  • Familiarity with AS9100 or aerospace industry standards
  • Experience with ERP/MRP systems
  • Basic understanding of electrical components, BOMs, or cable assembly drawings
  • Familiarity with customer PO review or order entry processes

Responsibilities

  • Review RFQs and ensure all necessary documentation (drawings, BOMs, specs) is complete
  • Support with customer communication, quote acknowledgement and follow-ups
  • Input quote data into internal systems (ERP, Excel, or quoting software)
  • Track quote status and maintain accurate logs of active quotes, revisions, submittal dates
  • Win/Loss Tracking & Reporting
  • Support in creating quote letters for customer submission
  • Organize and archive all quote documentation for internal visibility and audit readiness
  • Review incoming customer POs against the submitted quote
  • Identify and flag discrepancies in pricing, scope, terms, or delivery requirements to the Customer Program Manager
  • Ensure a clean hand off of information to operations once POs are accepted
  • Perform other administrative tasks as assigned
