About The Position
Avenue Five Institute, an award-winning Beauty and Wellness school with two campuses in Austin, TX, is seeking exceptional Esthetics Instructors to support its growing student population. The ideal candidate will possess strong customer service, verbal communication, and organizational skills, along with proficiency in computer technology and a passion for educating others. The role may involve full-time or part-time positions with day and evening shifts. A minimum of 2 years of continuous experience in a salon, spa, medspa, or similar environment is required, with 5+ years strongly encouraged.
Requirements
- Current Cosmetology or Esthetics License in the State of Texas
- 2 years continuous experience in a salon, spa, medspa, or similar environment
Nice To Haves
- 5+ years of continuous experience in a salon, spa, medspa, or similar environment
Responsibilities
- Educate and enrich the lives of students in esthetics.
- Teach advanced esthetic techniques including microdermabrasion, microcurrent, chemical peels, LED light therapy, alternative facial treatments, and custom masques.
- Provide a clinical, results-oriented approach to skincare education.
