Requirements

  • BA/BS degree in Early Childhood Education, Child Development, Education, or a closely related field.
  • Experience successfully directing an early childhood center, with a strong understanding of QRIS (Keystone STARS) and national accreditation processes.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Highly organized, adept at multitasking, and a strategic, solutions-oriented problem solver.
  • A genuine love for children and a fierce commitment to elevating educational standards.

Responsibilities

  • Recruit, train, and supervise a dedicated team of educators, fostering a highly collaborative and positive work environment.
  • Champion our ongoing commitment to NAEYC, NECPA, and Keystone STAR 4 standards, ensuring classroom practices always reflect high-quality benchmarks.
  • Support faculty in implementing a high-quality, play-based educational program; guide teachers in crafting engaging lesson plans that meet the unique needs of every child.
  • Lead day-to-day operations, ensuring seamless execution of school policies, procedures, and brand standards.
  • Maintain impeccable compliance with state licensing regulations, health, and safety protocols.
  • Cultivate strong, trusting partnerships with parents through regular communication, active listening, and a welcoming school culture.
  • Promote the school’s mission within the local community, lead tours, and manage enrollment.
