About The Position

Under general supervision, will provide instruction to students in afternoon and evening Esthetics courses. Demonstrates the use of appropriate teaching techniques. Demonstrates ability to order products and maintain appropriate inventory. Demonstrates the effective use of oral and written communication skills. Demonstrates knowledge of current safety/sanitation procedures in the field. Demonstrates the use of appropriate testing and grading procedures including proper maintenance of grade books and any other appropriate record-keeping required. Follow approved course syllabus. Completes all reports, records and invoices in a timely manner and maintains an accurate inventory of all assigned properties. The successful candidate will also have excellent interpersonal and teamwork skills. Requirements

  • Current unencumbered Esthetics License in the State of Georgia or Master Cosmetologist License in the State of Georgia with at least three (3) years of experience in field.
  • Appropriate work experience, certification and credentials to perform each key position duty satisfactorily.
  • Ability to support students of underrepresented gender and minority groups, as well as students with disabilities.
  • Willingness to participate fully in the realization of equity in recruitment, enrollment, retention, graduation, and placement of students.

Nice To Haves

  • Esthetics License in the State of Georgia with at least four (4) years or more of experience in field.
