Paul Mitchell The School Esani is looking for a full-time Esthetics Instructor to join our team in Roswell, Georgia. In addition to competitive pay of $24 - $26 per hour, based on experience, we also offer great benefits. This is a full-time position located in Roswell, Georgia. As an Esthetics Instructor, you will guide students through both the theory and practical application of professional skincare services while helping them develop the confidence, knowledge, and skills needed for success in the beauty industry. Throughout the day, you will deliver engaging classroom instruction and hands-on training in esthetics and skincare, teaching both foundational and advanced topics including skin analysis, waxing techniques, makeup application and artistry, product knowledge and ingredients, retailing and guest service strategies, and advanced esthetics modalities such as LED therapy, microcurrent, HydraFacial, and more. You will demonstrate professional techniques and industry best practices, mentor and motivate students throughout their educational journey, evaluate student progress, provide constructive feedback, and foster a positive, inclusive, and inspiring learning environment.

Requirements

Current Georgia esthetics instructor license
Professional esthetics experience in a spa, salon, or related setting
Strong working knowledge of skincare, makeup, and esthetics technologies and modalities
Passion for education, mentorship, and student success
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Nice To Haves

Experience teaching or training adults
Experience hosting virtual sessions via Zoom or Google Meet
Product sales and inventory management experience
Lesson planning and curriculum development experience
Bilingual skills

Responsibilities

Deliver engaging classroom instruction and hands-on training in esthetics and skincare.
