About The Position

Elements Massage Chandler West is seeking a dual licensed esthetician/massage therapist to join their team. The studio is adding therapeutic skin care services and aims to create a welcoming and motivating work environment where employees feel valued. Requirements

Must have completed (or are in the process of completing) an Esthetics / Aesthetics educational program.
Must have completed (or are in the process of completing) a massage therapy educational program.
Licensed to provide facial services and massage in your state or municipality.
A client service-oriented individual who can communicate effectively with clients, studio management, and coworkers.
Thrives in a fun, team-oriented environment.

Nice To Haves

Experience with customer service in the beauty industry.
Experience in educating or providing service and product recommendations.
A proven track record for gaining repeat business is a plus.
A proven track record in upgrading services to clients is a plus.

Responsibilities

Provide high-quality facial services, including reviewing intake forms, performing skin analysis, customizing facial plans, and executing cleansing, treating, exfoliating, and moisturizing steps.
Maintain a clean and organized workspace in accordance with studio guidelines and adhere to all health and state safety regulations.
Educate clients regarding services, recommended visit frequency, and at-home care, including explaining benefits, providing return visit recommendations, and demonstrating product usage.
Communicate professionally with clients and team members, educating clients about services, addressing concerns, and maintaining written records of services and products used.
Maintain clear communication with the studio management team regarding client needs, inventory, training, and other assigned tasks.
