About The Position

The Four Seasons Resort Lāna’i is looking for a Dual Esthetician / Massage Therapist who shares a passion for excellence and who infuses enthusiasm into everything they do. Our teams have the opportunity to shape our guest experience by providing exceptional knowledge of the Resort and exemplifying the Golden Rule in each interaction. The Dual Esthetician/Massage Therapist provides a variety of spa services, including facials, waxing, tinting, massage therapy, and body treatments, while delivering exceptional guest care in a luxury spa environment.

Requirements

• Successful candidate must possess legal work authorization in United States
• Holidays and weekends availability is required.
• Required by the Hawaii State Department of Health to obtain a Tuberculous (TB) clearance card
• Hawaii State Massage Therapist License and Esthetician License are required for this role
• Ability to stand for extended periods, lift up to 60 lbs, and push/pull as needed during shifts
• Must have the ability to perform deep tissue/sport massage, Swedish massage and Lomi-Lomi massage.
• Prior handling of Oxygen therapy, Cryo therapy, Microdermabrasion, LED & Infar Red therapy, and Peels.
• Must be able to participate in all training offered by the spa and provide all treatments on the spa menu of services once training has been provided.

Responsibilities

• Provide a full range of esthetic and massage services, including facials, body treatments, hair removal, tinting, massage therapies, and other spa treatments, in accordance with established service standards and treatment protocols
• Ensure treatment rooms, equipment, and supplies are properly prepared, maintained, sanitized, and reset to support a safe, hygienic, and luxury spa experience
• Educate guests on skincare, wellness, products, and treatment options while recommending enhancements and retail products to elevate the guest experience and treatment results
• Support seamless spa operations by assisting with treatment room setup and breakdown, maintaining organization and cleanliness, and collaborating with team members to deliver exceptional service
• Deliver personalized, professional care while ensuring consistent guest experiences, anticipating needs, and maintaining the highest standards of hospitality and guest satisfaction
