About The Position

A well-established mid-sized law firm in the Atlanta area is seeking an experienced partner-level Attorney to join its practice. The firm is highly regarded for its commitment to excellence and has built a strong reputation in trusts & estates, private wealth management, estate planning, business planning, and real estate matters. The firm is seeking a highly experienced attorney with a strong background in estate planning, high-net-worth planning, or related private client work. Current partners, shareholders, or senior attorneys looking for a long-term leadership opportunity are strongly encouraged to apply.

Requirements

Active Georgia Bar license in good standing
5+ years of experience in estate planning, trusts & estates, private wealth, or high-net-worth planning
Current partner/shareholder candidates encouraged to apply
Strong technical knowledge in sophisticated planning strategies
Proven ability to manage client relationships and complex matters independently

Nice To Haves

Business development experience or portable relationships welcomed, but not required depending on background

Responsibilities

Advise clients on sophisticated estate planning, wealth transfer, and asset protection strategies
Represent high-net-worth individuals, families, and business owners on trusts & estates matters
Counsel clients on business succession planning, real estate holdings, and integrated planning strategies
Oversee drafting and implementation of complex wills, trusts, family entities, and related structures
Build and maintain strong client relationships while serving as a trusted long-term advisor
Collaborate with fellow attorneys and staff in a collegial, team-oriented environment
Contribute to leadership, mentorship, and continued growth of the practice
