About The Position
Anderson Business Advisors is a medium-sized firm with offices in Tacoma, WA, and Las Vegas, NV. The firm is comprised of attorneys, accountants, business strategists, and financial planners. Anderson generates many of its clientele by teaching tax and asset protection seminars throughout the country. This position is for an Estate Planning Attorney based in the Draper Office, UT.
Requirements
- Law Degree
- Licensed to practice law in any state
- Strong public speaking skills
- Self-motivation to increase one's own knowledge
- Continue to develop quality client relations
- Professional appearance
Nice To Haves
- 1 - 3 years in Estate Planning or Probate a plus
Responsibilities
- Draft and consult with clients on living trusts and estate plans, mostly by phone with clients nationwide
- Speak at live seminars and be engaging
- Meet with prospective clients to design an estate plan and offer services
- Consult with existing clients on the phone
- Client management liaison with Anderson's tax and other planning departments
- Engage in special projects related to client matters involving real estate planning, consulting and research
