Edsall Law is seeking a California-licensed Attorney to provide maternity leave coverage for a full-time Associate Attorney. This role is responsible for supporting an established caseload focused primarily on estate planning, trust administration, and probate matters. The ideal candidate brings strong legal fundamentals, professionalism, and the ability to step into an active practice with efficiency and care. This is a temporary opportunity expected to last approximately 4–5 months, with a preferred start date in mid-July or early August 2026. The firm offers a flexible, hybrid work environment with an opportunity for pre-leave training and transition support.
